Prince of Vegeta-sei: Away at the country

The Maonic Ox Royal Family, consisting of the regents Chichi, Kakarot and 3 month old Gohan.

Chichi and Kakarot have decided to raise their son away from the hustle-and-bustle of city life and paparazzi, and and instead opted to a quiet, normal life in the countryside, in a little village called Eamer, located in Guizhou, South China. Eamer village has a majority of schools, hospitals and entertainment spots. Martial Arts is very common, so every two years the local tournaments will take place. There are also quite a lot of farmers in the area so food is never scarce.

In later years, Gohan will attend Eamer Priory for Boys and Girls, where he will meet Videl, Eresa and Sharpener. Lime Lao, however, is a close friend from birth. The young fighter lives with her grandfather in a house near Eamer Hall, Gohan's country home.
Lime is trained by Gohan's parents when her grandfather is busy, and after school she is tutored along with Gohan. She is a regular visitor to Eamer Hall and she keeps Gohan company. In her spare time, she tunes her interests into astronomy. 

At the Priory, Gohan is known as "Spikes" or "Spiky Prince" because of his unruly hair. It's his common nickname in his school. Only the teachers show him respect as royalty, to his dismay. As the Ox King's heir, Gohan receives a lot of attention from the media, and there is always a moment when a flash of the camera is nearby. But he doesn't mind mostly. It's only when he wants to be alone when the attention starts to annoy him.
